Ksheetij Saini is the Producer of the Academy Award-nominated Live Action Short Film Anuja (2025).
As the founder of The Obvious Production, he leads a creative studio operating at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and design.
An accomplished director, Ksheetij has created three short films that often blend grounded narratives with stylized visual effects. His critically acclaimed short A Little Stowaway premiered at the Panorama International Indie Film Festival in Prague, earning nominations for Best Film and winning Best Actress.
In the music and fashion industries, Ksheetij has collaborated with artists like Kavya Trehan, Rae Mulla, and Jordan Johnson - crafting distinctive visual identities that go beyond traditional music videos. He also directed campaign films for the fashion brand Lahos' SS24 & SS25 collection.
A former Data Scientist turned filmmaker, Ksheetij brings deep technical expertise to his creative practice. He has contributed VFX and post-production work to numerous international films including Concessions, Guest 2, and Gorse Mother, as well as standout music videos such as Cold and DWK.
Ksheetij is highly proficient across the entire post-production pipeline, with hands-on experience in Blender, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and more. His background allows him to blend technical precision with artistic vision, resulting in emotionally resonant and visually striking work.
